Welcome everyone to CPOC! Here you will find the latest CP Cutout materials that I provide you with, the materials are downloadable to your computer from MediaFire or you could just copy and save your materials in a folder! There will be a page where you can order the newest cutout material and a page for my cutouts that I made. My cutouts can be used by anyone if you have special permission, but if you have a forum account you can have my cutouts for FREE! For people without a forum account need special valid permission first! If I catch you taking my cutouts without valid permission (If you don't have a forum account) I will ban you from taking anymore of my cutouts!
